Luke Combs Blows The Roof Off In Texas For Opening Night Of Tour With One Killer Set List.

The epicenter of country music was in Arlington, Texas this past Saturday night. Country music superstar Luke Combs kicked off his sold out world tour to over 55 thousand fans.

After an impressive group of openers including Brent Cobb, Flatland Cavalry, Lainey Wilson and Riley Green, the reigning CMA Entertainer of The Year got AT&T Stadium on their feet opening with his smash hit Lovin’ On You.

Combs’ signature energy kept going as he played the new Hannah Ford Road and the popular Cold as You before diving into some of his slower tunes.

Perhaps one of the best moments of the night was when Luke honored his band and truly let them shine. The boys in the band got the crowd going with some classic country hits like “Dust on the Bottle” (David Lee Murphy), “Meet in the Middle” (Diamond Rio) plus a wildcard with “When I Was Your Man” by Bruno Mars.

Continuing with the tradition of past shows, Luke took the spotlight solo with just his guitar. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when Combs performed his fan favorite Joe off his new album.

Just one day before the tour began,Luke’s latest album “Gettin’ Old” dropped. Yet fans knew all the words to many of the new additions and had clearly done their homework.

Something that makes Luke and his show so special, is the way his crowd wants to engage with him. This couple even got engaged during Forever After All

Friend and collaborator Lainey Wilson also joined Luke on stage for Outrunnin’ Your Memory, originally recorded with Miranda Lambert.

Fans roared when the first few cords of the Tracey Champan hit Fast Car were heard over the loud speaker. The cover has quickly become a fan favorite and needless to say, we are pumped it is on the set list!

Combs returned to give the fans one more big moment!, The superstar closed out the show with his rendition of “Brand New Man, bringing out Wilson, Green and Cobb out to help close out the night!

Combs’ World Tour will pick up again this weekend, n Indianapolis, Ind. The superstar will continue through Oct. 19, with Combs and his crew jetting off to New Zealand, Australia and Europe for the first time!
