Taking the Polaris Sportsman through the same ringer as I did the Ranger 1000 Premium, I’d say both vehicles are a solid choice for everyday work use. The Ranger offers more room with the utility bed, but the Sportsman is able to get into tighter spaces being that it does not have an overhead roll cage. Regardless of which vehicle you choose, you’re bound to have the power and comfort you desire and the ability to venture out to anywhere 4-wheels are allowed.
